Pacific Claims is committed to ongoing staff training and development. This commitment ensures previously acquired skills and qualifications are enhanced with ongoing education.  We provide our team with the expertise to service our clients efficiently and effectively.

When assessing claims we ensure the correct claim result is achieved every time. We ensure an expedient reinstatement process where the liability of a claim is accepted.

Our staff speak from a position of knowledge, experience and understanding.  Our team have qualifications from, and are Members of the Australian and New Zealand Institute of Insurance and Finance and the Australasian Institute of Chartered Loss Adjusters, in addition to tertiary and trade qualifications.

We have trained insurance professionals on staff.  Many of our staff came to Pacific Claims with various professional and trade qualifications.   These previously acquired skills enhance the quality of our assessments, analysis and investigations.  These skills enable us to speak with confidence and knowledge on the relevant subject, providing understanding and assurance to those with whom we interact.
