Pacific Claims was founded to provide professional Loss Adjusting services. Our years of experience have seen us branch into consulting and risk analysis services to assist our clients.

We commenced operations in Queensland in 1995.  The company has grown and now services clients throughout Australia, New Zealand, Thailand, Singapore and the Asia-Pacific region.

We also provide a worldwide catastrophe response.

We are one of the most rapidly growing claims and insurance service organisations in Australia.  Part of our service is your ability to contact us 24 hours a day 7 days a week.

There are larger companies providing similar services but we consider none have our passion, attention to detail, proficiency and comprehensive approach to claims management.
